1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.absite.in and to services provided by Ananta Business Services ("ABS", "we", "us"), C-40/1, JVTS Garden, Chhatarpur Extension, New Delhi 110074, India. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We provide app and web development, custom software, AI and automation, branding and design, digital marketing and promotions, video production, hosting and support. The exact scope of each project is set out in a written proposal or quotation.
3. Quotes and proposals
Quotes shared through this website, WhatsApp, email or calls are estimates until confirmed in a written proposal. A project begins once you approve the proposal, which sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and cost. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
4. Fees and payment
Fees, payment milestones and currency are stated in the proposal. Prices for clients in India are subject to GST as applicable (GSTIN 07AATPY5424B2ZD). Invoices are payable by the due date shown. We may pause work if payments are overdue. Third party costs such as domains, hosting, paid tools, stock media and advertising budgets are billed separately unless included in the proposal.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, content, approvals and access needed for the project on time. Delays in feedback or materials may change the timeline. You confirm that any content, logos or material you give us is yours to use or properly licensed.
6. Ownership and intellectual property
Once all fees for a project are paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you passes to you, unless the proposal says otherwise. We keep ownership of our own pre existing tools, code libraries, frameworks and know how, and grant you a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third party software, fonts, plugins and stock media remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Testing, delivery and support
Applications are tested before handover, and where agreed they run live on the cloud for a period before final handover. Support, maintenance and hosting after delivery are provided as set out in the proposal or a separate support plan.
8. Marketing and promotions
For digital marketing, SEO and advertising work, we use our best professional effort, but results such as rankings, reach, leads or sales depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms and market conditions, and cannot be guaranteed. Advertising spend is paid to the platforms and is non refundable once spent.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential business information private and to use it only for the project, unless disclosure is required by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ABS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid to us for that project.
11. Cancellation and termination
Either party may end a project by written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the date of termination and for any costs already committed. Advance payments for work not yet started may be adjusted as set out in the proposal.
12. Use of this website
Content on this website, including text, graphics and design, belongs to ABS unless stated otherwise and may not be copied without permission. Links to client and third party websites are provided for reference; we are not responsible for their content. Product screens and illustrations on this website may use sample data for display.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India. For international clients, the proposal may set out additional terms agreed between us.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its updated date.
